I had some lovely homegrown (my Mum doing the growing not me) Silverbeet and Rainbow Chard. I wanted to do something different with it. I found a recipe idea from the Not-So-Humble Vegetables book by The Australian Women’s Weekly. I messed about with it a little, and this is what I came up with.
