I don’t often stack my food but this recipe called for it.
My freezer needs cleaning out of “stuff” that really should see the light of day but hasn’t. With returning to work in 2 weeks time which I will be living 150kms away from home during the week, there is no excuse.
Duck, is what I found at the bottom of my freezer this morning - duck breasts to be exact.
