I recently tried a pomegranate for the first time. Being a big Nigella fan, I was always very curious about these exotic looking fruits, as Nigella has many, many recipes dedicated to them. And of course, there is something extremely festive about them, with all their beautiful red seeds. The first recipe I had to try was the no churn pomegranate ice-cream from Nigella Express.
