A simple Hyacinth bean Stir Fry by Rachel

Hyacinth Beans! I love them for their shape and for the lovely hue of green. Locally called, Avarai, these are always stacked up on the vendor’s cart. I buy them for the above reasons and make a simple stir fry to suit just my palate because the Mr. and the junior me are oblivious to this when on the table.
