Back in December I was asked to make a surprise cake for my brother-in-law’s 40th birthday.  As the birthday boy wasn’t hugely enthusiastic about turning 40, I decided to knock off that pesky zero and make him a cake that was bright, fun and which his inner four year-old would love.
