I don't know about you, but one of my biggest problem areas for eating healthily is WORK. It's just to easy to let the stress and middle-of-the-night caffeine jonesing take over and suddenly I've racked up 500 calories of nothing
good. Not to mention that the hospital crapeteria sucks. Maybe during the day it's great but all nights gets is the leftovers warmed up, half a salad bar, and sandwiches.
