I spent more time in the kitchen baking yesterday than I did making dinner. Went for something easy - chicken wings. A few hours before dinner I pureed two large cloves of garlic on the microplane, added a little salt, lots of fresh coarsely ground black pepper, hot red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper and a little olive oil, and rubbed this mixture all over the wings.
