I’m sure you’ve all been in my place. You go to the market. You see something new and exciting that you’ve never eaten. You buy it, sure that you’ll go home and promptly find exactly what to do with it. And then you do go home, throw it onto your bean shelf in the bedroom (you all don’t have those? …Weird.) and then promptly forget about it.
