The oven is finally fixed. I had blueberry muffins mixed and cooking within 15 minutes of the repair guy leaving. Three year old was delighted to say the least. So while the muffins cook, I thought I might share another oven treat - Tangy Lemon Squares. I think these make a great afternoon tea treat.
