In the last few weeks the weather has turned cold. I have been busy in the garden, stripping the tomatoes off the vines and sorting them out. We had an amazing amount considering the summer had been quite dismal. I’m letting the green ones ripen on the window sill and have oven-roasted a ton of cherry tomatoes, infused with chilli oil.
