The first time I baked biscotti was for Tuesdays with Dorie – the Lenox Almond Biscotti – and while I really liked them, I wanted to try a version that didn’t have cornmeal in it.  My husband wasn’t crazy about the texture the cornmeal added, and I’d always liked a plain and classic almond biscotti.  One thing I should explain is that I love biscotti.  One of my favorite snacks growing up were those packaged Nonni’s biscotti.  I especially liked the almon (...)
