For me, I think Spritz cookies are the most quintessentially Christmas. Even though I didn’t really grow up with them, and got my first cookies press a couple of years ago, they always seem to find their way into the holiday baking schedule. This recipe is pretty close to the one I used a couple of years ago. It’s also just as good.
