Viola, the white sheep of the Daring Bakers this month.
Because, you see, every other Daring Baker this month made a dark chocolate covered cake. I, on the other hand, decided to do something a little different. And realized, very quickly, that there was a reason the recipe didn’t call for a white chocolate ganache. White chocolate is not nearly as opaque as dark chocolate. My cake, even when covered with ganache, was kind of terrible looking.
