I made these little
almond mochi cakes recently, and just loved them. I usually make
mochi for Chinese New Year every year, but this year, I didn’t have any red bean paste on hand, so I was inspired to make
almond-flavored ones. I know it’s not for everyone, but I love the chewy texture of
