“Quark, quark, the dogs do bark, A new cheese has come to town…” I first heard of QUARK when I read a post at Meeta’s blog @ What’s For Lunch Honey, & I was truly fascinated. This was in October ‘08, and the only thing that kept me from making it was the lack of cultured buttermilk available here.
