I call this almost
raw because I used our old dehydrator to make it and it doesn’t have a temperature control. I can’t claim to know how hot the food gets. However, it’s a
raw-inspired
bread because of the ingredients and the spirit in which I “cooked” it - using a dehydrator. I’m creating true
raw recipes in our new dehydrator - see the end of this post.
For this
bread I used
