Amritsari Meat Masala
Ingredients
Meat ( curry cut with bone ) - 1 kgGolden fried onions - 250 gGarlic - garlic paste - 40 gRed chilli powder - 15 g ( 3 teaspoon or as per taste )Coriander powder - 30 gGhee - 100 gSalt to tasteGaram
masala powder - 15 gCurd - 100 gFresh tomato puree - 150 g
Method
Heat ghee in a wide kadai and fry the onions until brown and removed from the heat. Keep aside.
Add ginger - garlic paste and saute for till raw smell goes.
