This dish is kind of a refined version of my
pork stir-fry that I cook when I am craving for some Asian flavours.
Ingredients:400 g
pork (e.g. cutlet)2 cloves garlic1 piece of fresh ginger1 carrot1 piece of leek1 paprika1/4 white cabbage200 g bean sproutssoy sauceoyster sauce200 ml chicken stockcorn starchsesame oil for fryingSlice
