Last week, I received from my neighbour a huge amount of apples, I bet about 10 kgs. The opened bottle of cider, that I used for the pumpkin parfait, inspired me to cook a spicy apple jam. Ingredients:2000 g apples700 ml ciderjuice of 1 lemon600 g sugar1 cinnamon stick3 cloves3 cardamom podssome lemon peel Peel and dice apple and sprinkle with lemon juice.
