In my quest to “use stuff up” I had another idea today, I had one pie crust left (the round kind), one apple, some Raspberries, and a brand new bag of Pecans. I got to use my new “Turbinado Sugar” too, I am so glad I finally got some, it adds a gorgeous look to baked goods. I simply added the pie filling and folded it over, crimped the edges and was good to go.
