Sorry there are no photos but I’m going to make this recipe for Christmas probably not Thanksgiving as my kids will not be visiting until then. So then I’ll have photos. BUT, I wanted to post the recipe for my modest readership in case someone is interested. I have followed this recipe precisely for FOURTEEN years and it always, always yields a beautiful and moist bird with the best gravy I’ve ever had.
