Asparagi Gratinati al Parmigiano-Reggiano
I know it may seem odd in some families but my monkeys love
asparagus! It is super quick to make and I had all the ingredients on hand. It was absolutely delightful and the monkeys ate it straight out of the oven!
3 quarts salted water
24 medium-size
