I almost feel like I am saying good bye to the summer by saying goodbye (for now) to this month’s Cookbook of the Month. But even though I am super excited for the weather to cool down a bit and for fall flavors, I do have to remember that I love ice cream no matter what the season or the weather outside, so I need to remember to get this book out more often!
