This is a quick snack recipe which i adopted from a cook show. It uses
aval/
poha as the main ingredient. The
poha gives a different texture to the
laddu and is different from the normal laddoo varieties. It is a very easy and tasty snack and can be fixed in a matter of minutes.
Ingredients
Aval /
Poha - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Ghee/Clarified butter - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon
Cashews and raisins
Directions
In a saucepan, dry roast the
aval/
poha until it turns crispy and fragrant.
