I have just been taught that Avgolemono refers not to a soup, but rather to a sauce that is often used in soup. I had always thought the name of the soup was Avgolemono. So. I made this soup which has a sauce in it, and it’s a Greek Egg and Lemon Soup but now I have no idea what it is called! This is homey fast food, well this version is.
