I know there’s been a distinct lack of posts recently so I thought I’d let everyone know that I’ve not vanished I’m just really busy! As well as studying full time for my degree I have a job and over the past few weeks the workload has gone right up.
I have a recipe for a delicious slow cooked cottage pie coming in in the next few days and hopefully I’ll be back to regular posting soon.
