I just came back, last night, from a week in Ottawa, ON. My son is starting first-year university and I helped him move out. We had a beautiful week, weather was on our side. Now I have two kids that are living in Ottawa and one still at home. Today is the first day of school for Mathieu. There is no cafeteria in his school so he needs to pack a nutritious lunch.
