240 g cream100 ml milk10 egg yolks100 g sugar100 g Bailey’s ( Irish whiskey and cream based liqueur )1 vanilla pod2 g / 2 slivers fresh summer

Method
1, Heat everything together and leave at room temperature.2, Remove vanilla pod, scrap seeds out and add to mixture.3, Process mixture in an ice cream making machine for 45 seconds.
