For the dough :
Maida-100gmsBombay besan - 10 gmsAjwain - 2 gmsSalt to tasteDalda - 50mlRefined oil - 2 litres for frying
For mixture:
Sev - 100 gmsSaunf -50 gmsBlack salt - 10gmsSalt to tasteRed chilli powder - 5 gmsGaram masala - 5 gmsSugar - 5 gmsLemon salt - 5 gms
