Day 3 in my week of apple recipes… Its cold & rainy outside but inside we have warm cinnamon scented baked apples…ah fall!Baked Apples 2 apples2 T packed brown sugar1/2 t cinnamon2 T raisins or currants1/2 T unsalted butterboiling water Preheat oven to 375 F.
