Baked Young Potato Slices - Healthy Alternative to Fries by Coffee and Vanilla

INGREDIENTS 1 kg young potatoes (sliced) 2-3 tbs Carotino or olive oil (Carotino will give potatoes nice colour) sea salt Mix potatoes with Carotino oil, season with salt and bake in the oven preheated to 180°C (356°F) until golden brown, you can turn on grill option towards the end to make them more crunch Serve 4 people as a side dish.
