INGREDIENTS
for the base
250g packet of plain digestive biscuits (crushed)
150g unsalted butter (melted)
for the filling
100g unsalted butter
100g (½ cup) soft dark brown sugar
387g tin of sweet condensed milk (I used Nestle Carnation)
5 medium bananas
284ml double cream
35-40g - about ¼ bar dark chocolate (grated)
EQUIPMENT
small non-stick saucepan
9†(22,8 cm) round non stick cake tin with removable bottom
food processor to whip the cream
