My apologies to the other Barefoot Bloggers for not posting this sooner. I don’t know where the time has gone. As for the recipe, it was delicious! I have made it several times in the last few months. Not only is this soup incredibly easy to put together but it freezes well, too. I like to make a pot, divide it up into several single serving containers and stack them in the freezer for a quick meal later. Thanks to Jill of My Next Life for selecting the recipe.
