What is your go to winter soup?  Mine is vegetable beef.  Or at least it was as long as I had the wonderful, meaty soup bones from my CSA.  But I just used my last package of them, and I am sad, very sad indeed.  You will probably see my beef soups replaced with chicken soups as I tackle my bag full of chicken carcasses from the rotisserie chicken that I buy every week.  But for now, one last, love veggie beef soup.
