During this time of the year, the walk and cycle path near our house becomes a berry picking hub. The entire way is lined with blackberry bushes on both sides. Cycle or walk down the path and you will see, people with their plastic tubs, elbowing through the bramble, collecting the berries, children, stopping and picking some as well.
