We always have a hard time getting posts up in a timely fashion.  Usually, it’s a few days (sometimes even weeks) after we’ve actually made it.  Hope you won’t hold that against us!  There’s just so much food and so little time.  We know most of you know exactly what that means.  We’ll keep this one short and sweet, sharing a couple of the dishes we had over the Independence Day weekend.  Hope you had as much fun as we did!
