Ingredients
4 large potatoes400 g spinach , chopped80 g paneer80 g cauliflower40 g green peas50 g cashew nut, ground to paste250 g mixed masala (ginger – garlic – onion – tomato paste)5g shahjeera (caraway seeds )10 g yellow chilli powderSalt to tasteOil for fryingCoriander and cream for garnishing
Method
1, Peel the potatoes , halve and scoop to leave a half – inch cup.
2,Blanch spinach , cauliflower and green peas . Drain thoroughly and mash together with paneer and salt.
