Have you discovered yet that none of my plates match?
I found several different versions of this scattered about. Many of them started from scratch with the
yellow rice, using saffron and tumeric and this, that, and the other. I cheated. I used the recipe that said, “go to store, buy
yellow rice.”
So, I made this. I added a bit of cumin to the original recipe. You know, sometimes things just need cumin.
