I’m going to preface this by saying that I spent a lot of time on this.  I put my heart into this.  As you will see in the pre-cooked picture, this was a freakin’ masterpiece.  I was SO proud of myself.  It was the first time I had ever used cilantro in a recipe, so I was feelin’ pretty special, ya know?  It was also the first time I have ever used a baking stone, which is what leads to my humiliation.
