In honor of my Blogoversary, I made a Naturally Nora Alot’a Dots cake. Do not laugh at it, my frosting did not set up, I think because I used some margarine when I didn’t have enough butter (and Nora suggests to use either)…but I whipped that frosting forever and it never thickened. Even after chill time it did thicken a little but when I frosted it, it just melted. *sigh, So use butter, it’ll hold itself together, much better. It was still really good! One winner will (...)
