Winter came back for the day on Wednesday, dropping about eight inches of snow.The perfect day for staying in and playing in the kitchen.
I boned out a whole (double)
chicken breast and
stuffed it with my regular sage bread stuffing.
Since I had no intentions of going out I made do with what I had on hand.
Mashed potatoes and gravy,
