Borough is a restaurant that brings out American comfort food in a laid-back-artsy ambience at The Podium. Since I was getting something somewhere in Ortigas, I decided to drop by Borough for dinner. Sis and Ykaie were there too, of course. Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Tomato Soup {P260/$5.90} The grilled cheese sandwich has the right amount of crispness and softness and of course, the soup was creamy.
