I seldom cook beef at home except porterhouse steak on grill or pan-fried which is so easy and simple to cook.Other then that I simply not creative or good enough to know which part of the beef is good to make stewed beef dish..Yesterday when I was food shopping at one of the local market I saw roast bottom beef on sale..a pound for $2.39 !!
