Another easy meal:
breaded pork chops. I make them the way my mother taught me. I rub a little oil (canola or olive oil) all over the chop, then coat in seasoned bread crumbs. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 375 F. My
chops were rather thick, so I baked them for just short of an hour. They were delicious! I served couscous on the side, mixed with currants, pistachios, and orange zest. Sprinkle chopped mint over the couscous at serving time. Easy!!
