1 cup basmati
rice , washed and kept aside for 20 minutes2 ¼ cup warm water1 tablespoon ghee / vegetable oil½ teaspoon mustard oilPinch of hing ( asafoetida )1 green chilly ( slit lengthwise )1 cup chopped brinjal1 cup diced potatoes¼ cup shelled green peas2 teaspoon garam masala½ teaspoon haldi ( turmeric powder )Salt to taste
