It is the time of the month when we at Cake Slice bake a cake from a book and for November, we baked a
Burnt Sugar Cake from Southern Cakes by Nancie Mcdermott. I liked the choice because anything caramely that I indulge in, I am in heaven!!! I halved the recipe to fit my
mini bundt pans but I had more batter for
cupcakes.
