Actually, I wanted to prepare some chocolate
caramels, but I had no glucose at home. Anyway, I thought, I still go for it and use sugar instead, as I have already replaced it in the past in other recipes. Though, I was pretty sure that it might not work out this time, but I still tried. The result was a delicious chocolate-caramel cream, that made an awesome spread on a slice of bread, but well, that was not what I wanted.
