buttermilk biscuits. I love making
biscuits – it’s all the warm satisfaction of making bread without all the time. The key to making the best
biscuits is keeping large, thin pieces of butter dispersed throughout the dough. The result is fluffy, flaky
biscuits that are the perfect vehicle for Matt’s favorite egg sandwich.
