So you thought I was through with all the Vegas posts, didn’t you? I just never got around to working on this post, mainly because this buffet itself was so disappointing. When we arrived at the Cafe Lago inside of Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, we saw how empty the place was. Not a great sign.
