I made cannéles.
I am a bit perplexed because I’ve never tasted an authentic one before.
Did I get it right? Did I screw up? I dunno.
This is somewhat like my macaron experiment in that I’ve heard such good things about these treats that I had to try duplicating them at home as travelling to Bourdeaux, France for the real thing is cost-prohibitive.
